  • Poor quality framing materials.

  • Plumbing leaks

  • Outlets that were not connectd
  • New Homes must have a Certificate of Occupancy

We recommend four (4) inspections

  1. During the construction phase
  2. After framing is completed & rough plumbing and electrical is complete.
  3. After insulation has been installed.
  4. On Final completion.
