Mr. Schmitt has personally inspected over 1000 commercial properties for prospective purchaser's such as office buildings, warehouses, apartment buildings, factories, hotels, hospitals, schools and parking garages. He has also inspected over 10,000 one and two family residences and has consulted with owner's on problems rangings from collapsed foundations to water penetration to settling to heating, air conditiong and moisture.

Mr. Schmitt has been engaged many times as an expert witness in civil cases regarding construction technique as well as structural integrity and construction quality.

Mr. Schmitt began his career in the construction trades and with his continued involvement in the construction process has maintained a through knowledge of building practices and workmanship.
